Just curious if people tend to stay around one particulate city or go where ever. Don't know how it ended up this way, but i find myself almost always going to Mournhold for my pledge quest or if i need to respec or craft, whetever really. I know that city like the back of my hand.

Pretty much this, everything in an small package.

Request an update to Rawl'Kha there they put one enchanting station in the town square, having it 50 meter from bank and wayshrine is too far.
Tend to port to rawl for banking or crafting station even in other towns if close to wayshrine.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Sentinel, in the Alik'r. I used to joke that my crafter basically lived there and later on she actually did live in the inn room. In that city I do most of my crafting, all deconstructing, researching, outfit testing... you name it. So I spend a lot of time there.

Rawl'kha partly because it's populated and my main house is there but also because I love khajiit style. I love the layout of Dune most though, I wish it were the main city in Reaper's March (bank and other stuff). I also spend a lot of time in Auridon because it's pretty and homey

Stormhold. For the OOC reason, everything is pretty much right by the bank and easily accessible. Its also much more quiet than places like Davons Watch and Mournhold where you will run into all sorts of nonsense like lag and constant invites to duels (for some reason Stormhold seems to be where everyone goes to avoid such things because I rarely see duels there).

IC reason. My characters belong to a Mercenary Company that has been hired by the Dunmer to assist in fighting for the Imperial City. Stormhold is the only place in the Ebonheart Pact that has mercenaries running around. So my head-canon is that because no self-respecting government would let an army of sellswords run freely around their lands and cities. They keep these mercenary armies, while theyre not in Cyrodiil, sitting in areas that are not really cared about. Like the Argonian held Shadowfen. They dont care if the mercenaries mistreat the locales there, including the other Dunmer (notice theres no House Dunmer running around Stormhold) that call Stormhold home. Its a backwater region and its the perfect place to stick your mercenary army that you dont want to bring attention to by your people and allies.

THE CAVELRY HAS ARRIVED! Cav is a professional magblade, (in his not so professional opinion). He is immortal and is fighting for the Pact since 2E 572, amidst the turmoil of the Second Akaviri Invasion. He protects the provinces of Skyrim, Morrowind and Black Marsh.

For a while it was Daggerfall. I like the city a lot, and bank, merchants, crafting stations are all easily accessible to one another in addition to the wayshrine. I also like the way the city looks and in general, everything about it.

The downside however is that Daggerfall does not have any undaunted enclave (a mistake, imo).

Therefore nowadays I am usually spending the most time in Elden Root, which is a city I do like a lot. I like the multiple levels of Elden Root, and the fact that level 2 has everything you need in one place, the only downside being how long it can take to transverse from level 1 to 2.

Overall it is a great place with some of the best Guild Traders.

I like it a lot better than wayrest (one of my least favorites).

Characters that still have horses to train log out in Shornhelm and do most of their banking, selling and deconstruction there.

My two mains do writs and guild shopping in Mournhold, drop off writs in Belkarth, then head to Orsinium to sell and bank.

I also have a weird thing about needing to clean my fish while facing the backside of the large statue near the Orsinium wayshrine.

Daggerfall. Its where my favorite house is. The craft centers are close by and its always has some crazy happening in the streets. I would move to Wayrest but everything is so far apart. My Nord lives in Windhelm for the same reason my Bretons live in Daggerfall. I love Sentinel's whole everything and wanted to get a house there but that just didn't pan out.
