What's the best spell damage set out there

I'm looking to start farming for a spell damage set but I dont know which one to get any suggestions

will the burning spellweave proc with just fire damage lets say a destro staffor dows it have to be an fire ability? ✭✭✭Currently Burning Spellweave.
After Morrowind, it becomes more based on class
DK - Burning Spellweave/Silks of the Sun (DK can keep BSW proc up 60%, which is just enough to it being BiS for them but other classes fall short of this so it's a loss for them to use it. Silks is good alternative and is probably on par with BSW for DK)
Sorc - Necropotence (Technically not a spell damage set but Sorc don't give af cause they do top tier DPS with it anyway)
NB - Scathing Mage (Unless ZOS "fixes" Twisting Path, Scathing is just too easy to maintain up time on a Magblade that it's not even funny)
Templar - Julianos (no comment)
