I can't see how zos didnt come up with this yet. In Gw2 for example, you can set the amount of players rendered on screen as well as the quality that goes into their models. This is a GREAT FPS booster for people who get their frame rates butchered in cities where there are 90 players jumping around and dueling each other. It is specially annoying that the players load before the npcs... Kindda sucks trying to talk to npcs and having to wait for the 40 other player's models and textures to load before being able to interact to npcs. Anyway, how do you guys feel about this idea?
