I am totally pissed off today. Your ACTIVITY FINDER is totally broken now! ZOS, if you cann't fix your Group Finder, please just roll it back to original version, OK? And besides, the ALLIANCE WAR is a JOKE, 100% JOKE, do you know, ZOS?! I bet, 99.999% people never use your ALLIANCE WAR!
When you design a new feature, did you ask your customer?!

Not sure what the rest of the original post is going on about, but it's not some secret that group finder isn't working as it ought to - the times I've been loaded into a dungeon then loaded back out again - that alone could well have caused a lot of ESO-related angst to bubble up and over, because it really is frustrating!GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

Khairiah✭✭✭Made a ticket about same issue a month ago on PS4 EU. Costumer service was quick enough with a reply (cheers for that).
To make a long reply short.. They are working on it..

When they design a new feature, they don't need to ask you. They do not need your permission or input.0 -
abigfishy✭✭✭✭✭Broken since homestead and very annoying. This is my typical experience when trying to do the daily random.
1) Constantly tells you group is not viable and you have to perform 20+ ready checks over 10 minutes.
2) You finally get a group and when you arrive in the dungoen it immediately kicks you out.
3) Option One: You leave the group and get a 15 minute cooldown timer and then return to step one. = 25 minutes for nothing.
or
3) Option two: Someone manually walks in and says port to me. You complete the dungoen but at the end get no XP or Undaunted reward for doing your daily random. Return to step one. = 40 minutes for very little.
How can Zos really think this satisfactory?

✭What is really bad is their ability to make a good working match maker is what will determine if battlegrounds is good or a flop.
Crap battlegrounds matchmaking will mean a crappy battlegrounds experience.
I honestly don't know how they expect battlegrounds matchmaking to work correctly if they can't fix the current group finder. The current finder only needs to match 4 people. Battlegrounds will need to match 3 teams of 4 people.
A bad matchmaking system will mean a bad battlegrounds experience.0
