I waited one year after orsinium got released to buy it because at that time game balance was even more in a mess as usual and they did not bother to balance at all.
Will wait too for morrowind and maybe there will be a 75% sale then.

I did pre order when I first heard about battle grounds then I cancel that pre order when I saw the first patch notes. None of the patch notes have change my mind yet.

I don't really care about pve to much more about the pvp my mdk is not looking like it will be to good compare to sorc but I'm not shocked after 3 years of nerfs to the dk.

What will change my mind is better balance between the classes even the magic NB needs some help. I'm waiting to read and see the streams of the new patch live and the changes to make a better informed decision. I really hope I don't have to wait 3 months or 2 years for them to realize that the dk needs some love.

I'm not going to stop playing going to farm mats hang out with guild members and get the community reaction to the new update in game not on forums.

If things really are not that bad and I like the game and the changes(highly doubt that) then I might buy it.

I have dealt with nerfs before no big deal we find away but I don't want to step into pvp that is now going to be elder sorcs online.

Im talking from the total unknowledge of PVP since i preffer PVE, but in general... everyone seem to agree on these changes would make PVP a bit more balanced... or am i wrong?

Anyway, cant agree more with you about DK's... the poor guys need some love

This. I spent 30€ for the whole game and I am not going to spend more money for a small chapter than the game itself.

I think it will help to yet to be seen degree. Other things that would also help seemed to have slipped under the radar.

Gonna wait 3+ months for several reasons:
1) Always tons of bugs whenever they release new zones. No amount of PTS gets them all, and I prefer to experience the quests in perfect working condition, and as a bonus, they will not be so swamped by the first wave of players.

2) Will likely hit some sort of sale. The current asking price is way too high for what is on offer here. It may also end up being offered for crowns or, least likely, rolled into ESO+.

3) Here's the big one: Zenimax seems to love adding motifs and gear to the same, boring repeatable quests and grinds that early adopters have already done dozens of times, months down the line. The Trinimac, Malacath, Minotaur, Order Hour, Dark Brotherhood, Abah's Watch and Thieves' Guild motifs come to mind here, as well as most anything related to Undaunted. (This third point also applies to the sales mentioned in point 2. Why adopt early for full price?)

Warden is the only part of it that I care about and it is not worth 40 bucks.

Also I feel it is better to wait untill it is somewhat balanced before I start playing one (and since the Stam morphs doesn't even have a bonus to them I feel like they have long way to go).

Yep... pretty much this. It is marketed as a "Chapter" that means it should be a large expansion, something more than a regular DLC... but unfortunately it is going to be only "slightly" bigger than Orsinium DLC.... I don't think it is worthy of its price.
