This solves Sustain issues with Stamina

My Stamblade has good burst damage, but easily suffers sustain issues in drawn out fights. Then i saw the solution to that problem.

The Essence Thief set.

Light attacks, which i weave often, have a chance to return over 4k health and stamina as well as gives me a damage done boost of 12%. This sounds like the absolute perfect set to use, unless its being nerfed into the ground soon, and the only problem is having to farm it in vet White Gold.

    Are you actually using the set? You have to run around and pick up the "essences". You do not just instantly get resources and buff from light attacks, The essences shoot out from enemy in a random direction and usually seem to end up in the worst possible places. It can be kind of fun in casual PvE quests, where the stakes are low. But in any kind of difficult endgame PvE content, you will lose DPS from running after essences because they take you out of melee range and stamina builds need to stay in melee range to do good DPS. And half the time you cannot even get to essence because it is in a horrible spot (in front of a boss who does massive cleave damage that only tank can withstand, inside a big red circle of insta-death, in one of the black holes that the Mage's adds create, on a blue platform in Rhakkat fight where you will pick up Breath of Lorkhaj if you grab it, out in the middle of poison or ice fields in VMA, next to an exploding flower of death on Argonian round of VMA, etc., etc.).

    They should just make them come to you in a moderate speed like the orbs on 5th on Rhakkat. That would solve that problem.

    .....ZOS wants us to suffer. Of course a seemingly great set would come with an incredibly stupid catch.

    I had enough essence thief piling up from WGT that I finally decided to test this set against the target skeleton in the closet. It was awesome, or so I thought. There was a 66% uptime on all the buffs. The blue orb would stop moving when it hit a wall or crate.

    Next I tried fighting on the lawn and it turned into a game of fetch. You have to run 3-6 paces to get to the blue orb, it's still maybe a 55% uptime but it's more about the fetch than actually hitting the enemy. If there was a boxed-in claustrophobic boss fight I'd recommend it, otherwise it's just an RNG fetch game.
