Urgent, need to submit a ticket and cant log into support

I can log into mu ESO account page fine. But as soon as I click on support, it says I'm not logged in and when I enter my user id and password, it says they are not valid.
Yet I can log out of account ans back into account fine.
Have also tried my forum username and password just in case
