I can't redeem my morrowind access code!

When I go onto the PTS, it says I can't play a warden because I don't have the Morrowind Chapter. I put in the code I received from the email I got into the redeem code page on the ESO account page, but it says invalid code.
Can anyone help?

Saturnana✭✭✭✭✭After May 15th, the Morrowind content on the PTS is available to people who pre-ordered only, to test the permissions:

So unless you've pre-ordered Morrowind's digital upgrade, which would be applied to your account directly, you don't have access to Morrowind content on the PTS as of last Monday. I'm not sure that preordering at this stage will allow you into it on the PTS, but it should allow you into early access on live servers on Monday if it is listed on your account.GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

✭✭✭✭What date was on that email that was sent to you? As someone said earlier, the beta test that the code is for has finished I think. The only people who have access to Morrowind on PTS (and yes that is where the closed beta took place) this week are people who pre-ordered digital editions of the game.
