I sent a ticket the first time and they had me destroy my staff and sent me replacement in mail but it was a one time thing. The customer rep made me that clear. So with that I decided to post this thread any maybe get a feature put in to resolve this

They say stuff like that all the time.
If I was you I'd open another ticket.
Just say you clicked to charge the weapon but it lagged and instead enchanted it.
