Due to the upcoming changes to resource management, I have a proposition; a small tweak to Sorc and dark deal. Templars used to have repentance and shards being the main stamina return for the group; however, between repentance no longer returning stamina to surrounding players and shards being on a shared cooldown with orbs, we're looking at some drastic nerfs to sustain! I propose that the following changes be made to Dark Deal: both morphs return 75% of the resources returned to the caster to up to 6 surrounding group members. This will make Sorc healers even more viable, and go a long way in helping with sustain this next patch!

✭✭✭✭✭If we want all classes to be able to reasonably fill the stam/mag sustain support role of a healer, it makes sense to provide magickasteal and stamina steal simultaneously via elemental drain. Simple, helpful, available to any class.
To help this further, keep the steal at 4% instead of nerfing to 3%. To make it better still, move EleDrain to the Resto staff. EleDrain is the only destro skill my healer uses and it would be lovely to simply have it on the resto staff. Or give the Resto Quick Siphon mag & stam steal instead of mag & health steal - but ONLY if the disqualifying cast time goes away.PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo1
