How much should stamina light attacks hit for

Kind of off the wall question. When I was messing with a few different gears and other things I find my light attacks to be hitting around 2200~2800 non Crit. Crit hits are anywhere around 5k~9k depending on buffs and other things.
I have loads of different purple and legendary gears to mess with, but I keep coming back to VO/NMG/Veledrith. Though it doesn't seem to be light years beyond any other set? I might be just bad. LOL!
