It would be great if Zenimax could offer us account transfer tokens for a price.
I was considering buying the game for PC, but it's not worth losing 640 CP and 100% game progress for.
That means that Zenimax, by not offering a method of transferring your account from platform to platform is losing out on a $30 game sale + whatever they price the account transfer token at.
This would be convenient and useful for their players, and financially beneficial to them.

I'm not ok with losing: 640CP, countless achievement points, 100% quest/area completion, 10 Assault/Support, and 9 Traits Light/Heavy/Woodworking Research.
