Voice Chat Is Unavailable

Voice chat isn't working for me. I get the message "Voice chat is unavailable. This could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support." So I did and there is nothing helpful there. I've dumped my local game data, logged out and logged back in several times, but noting fixes it. Anyone else having trouble? How do I fix this?

Once you log in, the gamer tag linked....does it match your new gamer tag?
If not look at the ZOS support steps on how to unlink and link your gamer tag so you keep the save
