✭The effectiveness is relative - there are more effective sets and less effective sets than Nights Terror.

^ this. With concealed weapon and Vampire you be sprinting in stealth for years. Magblade with 10k Stam can go for the whole heist or sacrement without stopping. Not to mention you can pretty much get the face of anyone without being discovered. Makes your detectable radius something stupid like less than 5m. Can use melee attacks before you get spotted.PC Master Race

Agree, it's superb for that. With NME, Khajiit passives, med armour passives, I pretty much have to be waving in an NPC's face for them to see me. I don't use those sets for other PvE though, just stealthy stuff.
