Does anyone know what NPCs this blade actually works on? Doesnt work on trolls, just certain humanoids.

✭Most of them, really. You can't use them on merchants or quest givers, but most everyone else is open to accepting a one way ticket to Coldharbour.

uzbachchi✭✭✭Works on humanoid daedra as well as man/mer/khajiit/argonian NPCs and hostiles that don't have a talk option and aren't bosses of any kind.
