Sentinel of rkugamz vs engine guardian on stamplar

Since resource management is going to be such a huge part of morrowind I'm looking for the best way to keep sustain going on a stamplar. Sentinel should trigger off purify, vigor, rally ticks. Engine guardian also appears to be a good option for resource management but if I'm reading it correctly it has a chance of hooking you up with magika. I've never used either set, how good/reliable are they?

My plan is to use one of these monster sets in combination with 5 ravager/5 hulking draugr (or bone pirate) 2h/S&B

They proc often, sentinel also procs off of jabs.

I use both and I am having a hard time deciding which I prefer. EG is better for self sustain while sentinel is good for Stam group members as well.

Jabs don't have a heal factor tho? Right? Maybe if jabs procs red diamond imperial passive? I am imperial btw hbu?

Ohh you're right, it was the health steal glyph with weaving I must have been seeing

Even so I forgot about repent heal anyway. Point is there's a lot of things that can proc it. I was reading some older forums saying the spider that gets summoned doesn't function that well, I figure it can get cc and killed.

experienced players will likely target it immediately or it'll get smacked down by aoe
