Issues with Group members disappearing in quests.

I know I have been asking a lot of questions lately, but it seems when I search the question nothing comes up. I'm having issues with this one specifically.

Okay so, we have a 5 man team now, and we understand that some dungeons only allow 4 man groups in them. Which we have no issues with. But last night we were questing together with the beginning quests of joining the Thieves guild and with the Darkbrother Hood we were having issues seeing each other.

With the Theives Guild, when we were inside going into where we had to sneak around to get to the gate, we saw each other at the beginning getting off the boat but when we got closer to the Guards area, only one member of the group disappeared we seen him on the map but was invisible in front of us. When he would go ahead of us, we could see his name tag and as we got closer he disappeared. Now this is when everything in ESO really started messing up on us. When we went to open the Gate to go inside the door to get into the area of where the Skull was located, the door wouldn't open even when it showed our avatars opening it. Till our one guildmates walk back two feet and then he was able to actually open the door. It was odd, then when we finally got into the Manor to steal the Skull our net wasn't out, but it booted us from game even the "disappeared group member" got disconnected..When we got back we finished the quest.

Now with the Darkbrother hood beginning...we did everything together even with the lock picking the first cellar door, we did that perfectly fine went through the underground tunnel so on.. But I believe it was the second house it was a big white house (I'm sorry I don't know the specific names of the houses we had to do lol) where we had to sneak inside the cellar is when we started having issues. When we went inside the second house, it took two of the Group members forever to load in it kept saying "This will take unusual time" whatever it says...but our other three loaded in. But once we finally loaded in to the manor it did the same thing the Thieves guild did, the same group member that was disappeared, was disappeared for this part too...Everything either he did for the quest or whatever we did for the quest it counted for the whole entire group even though one of he was invisible to us. But once we finished the Darkbrother Hood blade of woe challenge to appeared to us outside.

This sounds silly but I was curious if this is a major bug, or what the deal is. Because normally if theres a dungeon and only requires 4 group members it would inform us ahead of time, before going inside, and this wasn't a Major dungeon per say. It was just a quest. (When we did this on our main character's we actually had other people not even in our group running around us through the entire quest for Darkbrother Hood. lol) So we're not understanding what's going on here. I really hope this makes sense, I tried to explain it as simple as possible, lol.

Didn't read the entirety thing but if the group member disappeared after the group passed through a door it could be a phase issue.

I can only speak to trials and it is very common that a group member will be "in the floor". Their health bar and icon will appear right at floor level. Going through another door or the invisible person moving out of view distance and coming back often fix it.

If your situation does not show the health bar of the player at fooor level it's not the same thing I am describing.

I figured not many will read the entire thing! Lol :D But I tried to explain the situation as simple as possible. Lol I understand what you are trying to say because that has happened before and that sadly wasn't the situation. Because it almost acted like it was a one man quest? Like The Prophet, where only one person can be there. It's just odd that only four people could do that part of the quest? I mean it's possible but just doesn't seem legit. Since he was able to help us through Darkbrother hood quest until the very last part of it, even when he wasn't there he was helping collect the pieces and blade of woe the main target, with having to actually be there? Because if he's able to do that, then we don't see a reason why he could be there with us during the quest. That's why we figured it was a glitch happening since there were so many mishaps last night with Voice chat, and disconnecting without being disconnected from the Internet.

Assuming no one in the group has done the quests, here is what is happening:

When you go into or out of most Delves, you are really re-zoning. Each time you see a loading screen, know you are rezoning. When ever a group rezones, one or more of the members can be sent to a different shard or instance on the server. To sort this have the missing member just travel to someone in the group. If your in a Delve, they will show up at the entrance and be visible. If your overland, the nearest wayshrine.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

PakKat "Everything was going well, until I died"
Gary Gravestink "I am glad you died, I needed the help"

Oh!! I see! We will try that, we never thought of doing that!! We had to do that before with our main characters and having only four members..So we will definitely try that and see if that works!! :)

I was under the impression some quest parts were instanced (regardless if they aren't listed as solo only) so you each get forced into your own little instance to complete the part required. I'm not referring to re-zoning, but that might be just what it is and I've read wrong information.
