I go to log into my account and it wants me to start a new player??? I have a 250 could character and it's gone! I'm signed into my Xbox gamertag and restarted the Xbox and nothing. Wth? I have spent well over $500 on this account alone I play at least 5 hours a day every day 60 hours a week and everything is missing. Please someone help me!
