Are there any builds out there that doesn't require trial gear or GMA gear for a stamblade PvE?

Just starting? Gear that drops will get you by for a while. And you can farm a full set in overland content if you stay in one zone. As for skills, I tried my NB after a while off and can't remember how I had it all working before, but use class skills as the unlock and weapon skills to

I use 5x Hundings rage (craftable) 3x Agility jewels (not that expensive to buy), 2x Velidreth (cradle of shadows) and 2x Gladiator (catftable, just for extra crit).
I run vet end game content my dps is around 25k. That's all I can help with. Btw I also have Vicious Ophidian (from trial) and my damage is a bit higher with it but not by much.

Your build is doable, except for the 2pc Velidreth. A player going into Vet Cradle for the first time? Have fun finding people with any patience.

Run 5 piece NMG and agi rings.

You should always use:

Snipe>crit rush>wrecking blow for max dps.

Very simple to get is 5 X NMG, 4 x Hundings and 3 x Some Jewelery.

Jewelery is easy to farm from Dolmens or with a little luck from your random dungoens you can get the Agility set.

You can buy briarheart (with jewellery) then craft NMG or Hunging (or both). Then monster cop (or full set if you will farm dailies). Briar 5 + NMG 5 is good for crit build (you can replace NMG for Hunding if there is allready another NMG in group)

I hated my stamblade's survivability until I did all three of:

Made Bloodthirst my main damage skill.
Dressed him in 5 pieces of Briarheart.
Unlocked Vigor in PvP.
