Just wondering what everyone opinion is on this.
Have a weapon damage of 3100 unbuffed with a crit chance of 80% or
Have a weapon damage of 3800 unbuffed with a crit chance of 60%??
I find the 80 crit chance is giving me more dps overall.

✭Find a target dummy do 100 dps tests and answer it for yourself which one is better for your build.1 -

I think 80% crit is over kill as well isn't it? I believe theres max crit rating until diminishing returns for stam and separately for mag but I'm not sure what it is exactly0 -

It depends on who you talk to. A PvE dps focused on group end game content can easily hit a 70-80% crit chance or maybe higher without sacrificing any other important stats. Both my endgame dps (stam dk and stam sorc) have like 70%+ and thats totally fine I think. Crit is really important thought because the damae from crits are so much higher. But I thin most people will agree that at 70% your good to go. You can do more if you want and definitely if youre not sacrificing important stats then go for it. But some feel that it becomes irrelevant after that point. Others swear by packing in as much as possible.0 -

Curtdogg47✭✭✭✭I have around 55% crit and still crit pretty much every time. I don't really do trials so I don't know what is optimal for that.
I would go with the higher weapon damage personally.0
