Earlier I thinking about the palace before as a nice pickpocket farming location (I thought maybe there a lots of nobles) - but already knew I couldnt reenter if after the quest.
really would be such a waste of time to level TG just for farming this...

Ive seen it once sold in zone chat in Reapers PC NA, it was like within two weeks of Homestead release. I did not see it in trade window nor in store. Someone bought it as when i whispered seller he did not have it.
I did ask him where he looted it but of course because of petty pride, silly 'buissnes secrets' or whatnot he would not tell.

Idk it sounds legit and it's in the game. I don't think he was trolling. That *** would sell damn quick. I can imagine somewhere in upper craglorn. Dragonstar pick pocket maybe?

✭We're talking about the recipes, not the dropped item. For example, you can both steal the feather quill and find the recipe, but afaik nobody's found the paper recipe. Keep that in mind.
