  Hey . There are only 2 explanations and I am not sure which one is true sadly . Only way to understand is to actually test with 2 different characters .
  
  1st possibility is that you have an extra bonus that you are not aware of on your Templar and you do not have that bonus on your Nightblade .
  
  2nd possibility is the game's way of calculating things . For example , there are some sets that give weapon damage but doesn't get benefit from Major Brutality . So , they give the same amount even if you have Major Brutality or not . Game has different ways of calculating things . In this case , Templar's 10% recovery bonus is a named buff (Minor Fortitude) and Nightblade has a unnamed unique passive which gives 15% . I wouldn't be surprised if they are being calculated differently or not getting affected by other passives/bonuses or not affecting other passives/bonuses .
  
  What I did is , testing it here with 3 jewelries that has Health Recovery enchant as a Nord with racial passives unlocked . First , I made a Templar with Repentance slotted . Templar has 1060 Health Recovery . Then , I made a Nightblade with same items and same race , with 15% Recovery passive unlocked . Nightblade has 1101 Health Recovery . I trust this website , it has an error very rarely . So , according to you saying there are hundreds of difference between 2 numbers , I think you are missing some bonuses on your Nightblade . Even if the second case was true , there wouldn't be so much difference that only 5% would be making a difference of hundreds .
