Energy Orb restores 0 magicka?

I was running with the other morph, Mystic Orbs, and everything was alright. But I decided to try Energy Orb and started to improve. I'm now to level 3 and the amount of magicka restored is still 0? Bug or I have to wait level 4 to have something?
Edit: when I explode someone else's orb, my skill shows me the right number. But when I use my orb, it shows me 0 again. So yeah, just showing number problem.

Probably... I don't know why, but I explode the orb of someone else and now my skill shows it restores 4k magicka. I think problem solved.0
