All of the builds 'work'. The problem is that you have 3 (maybe more) levels of player: The Elite Player, The Serious Player, The Casual Player. Deltia's stuff is good for serious players, BM's corner is good for casuals. Not much is good for Elites lol... maybe Tamriel Foundry?? O.o

!!! O.O !!! Reeeealllly????
Of course its coming back.
POP QUIZ
Which class do you think they will start with when it "comes back"
And by comes back, I mean returns at a critical time as decided by the marketing department.
So which class and build will be featured first? You have a 1 in 4 um i mean 1 in 5 chance of guessing correctly.
The cool Bard class concept I came up with?

Naah!! Bards are awesome! We have ice mages, fire mages, etc... what do they use? Elements. There are Necromancers that use death magic, and druids/templars that use life magic, as well as those using light and dark magics, right? Bards use Sound Magic. They manipulate the vibrations and frequency of waves of sound. This can be used to soothe an enemy, or cause the ground to shake violently, shatter ear drums, or weave sound magic with music to bolster their comrades, even healing those who hear.
The problem is that they are TOO cool for most games, and developers inevitably make them into sucky supports following the phrase, "Jack of All Trades, Master of None", which they very much are NOT jacks of all trades. They specialize in Sound, which makes them charismatic by nature (either friendly or intimidating, Orcish Bards anyone?) And, could be just about any race, as we all need music and morale... Nordic Dirge-Singers, Orcish Warchanters, Elvish Minstrels, etc.
Sorry, Bard has always been a particular favorite of mine, and really do wish I could play one in ESO

Bard probably isn't going to be an eso class. In TES bards are a largely non-combat class, and the combat skills they do have are directly weapon based. They could have an illusion skill line, and maybe some kind of tanky buff skill line, but the options are slim.
Necromancers on the other hand...

Except... the people who play TES games for lore and precedence generally are not playing ESO... because ESO screws up on lore/canon a lot. ZOS can do whatever they want within certain limits. They could, easily, make a Bard class to handle 3 trees: Sound, Illusion, Charm. Add in a 1H and empty hand skill line (as I pointed out above). It would be a huge addition to the game to allow for an entirely new way to play for all classes, and introduce a new class that wouldn't be overpowered at all (unlike Necromancer, which would inevitably be either OP or consistently bitched about how it isn't powerful enough)
