Guild Leader Change

How do I change who the guild leader is of my primary guild? The Guild Leader for my primary guild has not logged in, in over 13 months and shows no sign of logging in at all. I have tried submitting a ticket in game and the CSR did not change the guild leader to me.

Akevoriath✭✭✭He still owns the guild dude, if he doesn't choose to move ownership to you himself then it's not up to you. Either find a new guild or learn to live with your leaders absence.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I do not know of any means ESO has for transferring leadership to another player outside of the person with the top rank transferring it.0 -
LarsS✭✭✭✭✭It helps if you can prove that the GM intended to transfer the title to you and/or if you can prove that the guildies want you as the new GM. Then contact ZOS and povide the evidences you have. ZOS will then try to contact the absent GM to get confirmation. If they get confirmation they will transfer the GM responsibilities. If the GM does not respond, they will transfer the title after 30 days, provided your evidences are strong enough.GM for The Daggerfall Authority EU PC0 -

I had the same, ticket ESO and they will pass ownership over to you. They have to have not logged on for 40 days so I think you're ok with 13 months. Is the guild very active?@Nermy

Players who want to change their guild's guildmaster due to inactivity should first try contacting that guild leader directly or through other guild members. If the guildmaster cannot be reached, please contact Customer Support and allow us to investigate the issue: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask.
Please note that we want to ensure fairness to all parties, so the investigation process can take some time to resolve. That could be why they aren't transferring ownership. They may not believe a change is necessary since there is only one active player. If in the past you have put anything in the guild bank, and you can't retrieve it... Cêltic421✭✭✭✭ESO will change guild leader for you just submit a ticket. The leader will change to most active, longest member or in my case completely random person.1

Andarne✭✭✭If you submit a ticket to ZOS Support, they'll send an e-mail to the Guild Leader asking them if they're coming back; if no reply, or if a negative one, they then change the leader of said guild to you.0
