Please list your best class/role/race combinations for both PvE & PvP and why. If you disagree with me on something let me know why.
Here is a link to all the racial passives if you need it:

Sorcerer:
Stamina - Orc - Not only do Orcs get +10% increased speed/reduced cost but they also get increased +6% stamina/health and +4% weapons damage. This makes Orcs an ideal race for a melee weapon based stamina build with a significant amount of speed. Orcs also make excellent stamina tanks due to their +5% healing received.
Magic - Hands down High Elf. All of the High Elf's racial passives are dedicated solely to outputting the most magic damage "over time" and allowing them to switch between different elemental damage. With +10% max magicka and +9% magicka recovery High Elves have the option to also heal with ease.
Nightblade:
Stamina - Wood Elf - Before I get hated on for not picking Redguard or Khajiit....give me a chance to explain. This post is about picking the optimal race that can switch between both PvE and PvP. While Redguard excels in PvE I do think that +21% stamina recovery and +10% stealth damage is better for PvP. In PvP it is very rare that you have a stand still situations where both players are hitting each other without moving....most of the time people are hitting and running either after someone or away from someone. With classes like Nightblade that can go invisible this is even more so the case. If you are not hitting someone the Redguards Adrenaline Rush will likely not be generating as much stamina as quickly as the Wood Elf's +21% stamina recovery passive that is ideal for hit and run situations. In PvE I think that both races are very close. As far as the Khajiit.....even though they are my favorite race when it comes to looks the Carnage racial passive is what hurts them the most. +8% sounds amazing right? The problem is that in PvP that +8% is almost useless due to a ton of players being uncritable or almost uncritable.
Magic - Dark Elf - This was one of the hardest decisions I had to make. Both High Elf and Breton are also excellent choices. However, even though the Nightblades damage is magic....lots of Magic based Nightblades use inferno staves. The Dark Elf can put out +3% more flame damage than the High Elf. With the Dark Elf's +6% stamina he also still has the option to switch to a stamina based Nightblade build.....and if he wants those vampire abilities that work so well with the class Nightblade....his flame resistance is increased by 2079.
Dragonknight:
Stamina - Redguard - Unlike the Nightblade that can go invisible and has a lot of hit and run abilities (DoT effects)....this is not the case with the Dragonknight. The Dragonknight can easily stay on his target for almost the entire fight with CC's, charging, and the ability to pull his target to him. That being the case the Redguard is the optimal race on a stamina Dragonknight for both PvE and PvP.
Magic - Dark Elf - No brainer. Dark Elf used to be the masters of both Magic and Stamina Dragonknight builds but the recent changes to the stamina build has switched out some flame damage abilities for poison damage. However, with +7% flame damage Dark Elves are still a power house when it comes to magic Dragonknight builds.
Templar:
Stamina - Imperial - I've always viewed stamina Templar's as some what of a hybrid build. More of a tanky and minor self healing combination. I think its easier for players to kite a Templar than lets say a Dragonknight. It reminds me of a Paladin in many other games....a cross between a priest and warrior....a jack of all trades but master of none (at least for the stamina build). For PvP in this case I think having +12% max health and +10% max stamina would be more beneficial than what the other races offer in terms of PvP. An Imperial Templar is easily the best tanking race in the game. WoelerGaming on youtube....went into specific details about how this is the case. Also, having max health and stamina allows you to put points somewhere else. If you solely want to PvE DPS I would recommend a Redguard.
Magic - High Elf - Why not Breton? Magic recovery and magic reduction are almost a wash. Also, think about it like this....like Redguard's passive....magic reduction only works while you are using abilities. This means over time the magic recovery will benefit you a lot more. Also, High Elves have +4% flame damage which helps in increasing damage for magic Templar DPS builds. I've also heard people debate how useful the Breton's +3960 Spell Resistance is overall......its good, but not worth giving up the High Elf racial passives for.
