This video does an awesome job of explaining it as well as showing how the game was before that unfortunate fateful day. Important part starts around 12 minutes.
Keep the pressure applied to this issue, keep the spreading the word.
The louder we are the sooner this will get fixed/addressed once and for all.
I actually wonder if people would now rather have bots in game but great performance server or how it is now currently.
I realize that bots are not good for the game but even with all the changes ZOS has made we still have bots but the server performance is a lot worse. I for one would much rather have better performance and ZOS can try to deal with the bots another way.
The thing is, the changes back then NEVER solved the bot problem....so all it did was **** up performance and latency for everyone WITH NO BENEFIT.....there are still loads of bots if you know where to look...
Yeah that was my point... I would much rather them revert the changes they made as i don't think the changes did anything but screw up server performance. Maybe by reverting the changes we have more bots but as you said the changes really did nothing to fix botting in the first place!0 -
