Making Magicka nightblade worth it? What BIS Race?

I keep looking at magic nightblades and they seem super fun not sure if they are some what viable ? As well?
Dont want to build one up and then not get groups ya know...
Also what race breton or altmer

Breton/altmer if going straight fire damage then dunmer

Yes, thay are fun to play but they have also the worst dps from all classes, and Morrowind update probably won't buff them enough.

My magblade is dunmer. Racial bonus to fire damage is useful for pve and pvp. Also, dunmer master race

They are somewhat viable. But it really depends on what you want to play. You could get a better reply if your question had more detail.

Also, it's a bit too late or early to ask. The Morrocalypse is coming in just a couple weeks. We'll need another patch or two to regroup and set new standards and see how classes compare.

Why worst dps isnt nb a dps class tho and most of the skills are magicka and doesnt it have damage passives as well? Dont understand

NB is not a 'dps' class. You've been told this about 10 times in the past week.

They are definetly Super Fun ! Also, viablity in what form? Dungeons, Trials, overland questing/exploring? If end game Vet content isn't your thing then magika NB's are more then viable and can actually excel in SHORT bursts. I say go for it unless your planning on doing Vet dungeons/trials AND are concerned with getting the highest DPS ( then Sorc would fit that bill )
