Sai Sahan outfit error.

Hello everyone.
After the patch on May 8th, I was returning back to the main quest series, and I noticed that Sai Sahan looked a little different, but I couldn't really put my finger on what it was. I looked him up on the wiki, then noticed it immediately.

His white belt strap, the pieces of red cloth on either sides that come out of the strap, the wrappings that come out of his gauntlets and up his forearm, and the piece of cloth that hangs down in front of his groin area and in the back appear to be missing, leaving just the buckle on his waist. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've since finished the main quest line, so it's not like I'll be seeing any more of Sai. (I guess). I do wonder though, how that patch could have caused this.0
