What do you miss most from ESO's Past?

✭✭✭1.5 dungeons. These glorious days when Praxin was harder than/about as hard as vet ROM hm and one did not simply pug vet Spindle. And oh the glorious Banished cells and the-boss-whose-name-I-don't-even-remember-anymore that was actually a true dps check, not a do-it-while-eating-sandwich kind of thing. There was actual skill and teamwork involved in doing those back then, and because of whole UD thing being introduced the hype was real too, even PvP only people started running dungeons and enjoyed them for the challenge they were...and now it's just oh so sad in comparison

Most people couldn't get past the first wave of spiders. I remember our healer standing on that little broken column so she could live long enough to heal the tank!
LOL I almost forgot about that! Those little spiders that people barely notice spawning now used to be INSANE...I remember insta dying even through shield and block a few times hahaha
That or if you killed the wrong mini boss first and he came out of invulnerable mode you knew it was going to be a wipe.
Not you just keep burning until everything is dead
Or if your tank got ring while minibosses were still up. It's almost like getting rekt by healer having statue in execute stage in ROM, except it could be countered by raw skill. I think I've seen a grand whole of one tank who kept agro on 3 minibosses AND boss while moving with the ring and not dying. It was AMAZING.0 -

✭✭Okay as broken as it was, it was very amusing how when the rare Vampire was found in the field of Cyrodiil (back when they were rare) how everybody would freak out and have to run away from it and let the Fighters Guild builds take it down. Those were fun if unsustainable days...

Seriously though...I like the game as is, I don't have any misty eyed memories of how things were, I log in and have a blast with my friends.....can't say that about any other MMo Iv'e played lately.
He was right on all accounts, plus his "angry army" was 500 strong
On that note. Id like to go back to pre lighting patch where u could get that many players on screen on opposing sides and have minimal lag. Think about those poor deer and lightning bugs!

Yeah...no.
AJ is basically a immature Jerk that is guilty of a lot of the things he accuses other streamers of, and his so called Army is famous for invading forums with mindless hate to "prove" how much Joe's opinion matters. We see a lot of that here on these very forums and it's all driven by cash.
Joe's deal with ESO had more to do with him being pissed that Bethesda didn't do more Skyrim than anything else. Joe was so pissed that there wasn't more Skyrim that he refused to do another review even after ZoS addressed many of the issues.
But whatever I know he has caused more than one developer grief, I just see it eventually ending badly for him.
His issues were being invis to his groupmates bc they were on different parts of the quest. Also one of his major gripes was fixed by tam1. Sounds like u got a personal issue with him. But he said it true when it came to eso back when he reviewed it - within the first few months. Another issue he had was the dupe bug that went live from beta4 -

Where battle leveling was good.
When we had the only campaign ever that was balanced.
Yes cp were active there, but still balanced without stupid Sets and skill actually mattered.
Instead of removing cp for bwb they made a joke of it, a small zerg vet campaign with even more overpowered battle leveled stats0 -
