Had the same issue with the last 2 sets of AMD drivers now - 17.3.1 & 17.2.1. I'm currently using 17.1.2 Jan25 drivers without any issue with the grass in ESO.

I do a full clean install each time - so I boot into safe mode, uninstall using DDU, clean system with CCleaner, boot back into normal mode & install drivers.

Note - I also have not been installing the ReLive video recording/playback/sharing/etc part of the package.

@sickboy2808 Did you have flickering grass with 17.2.1 (Feb10) or 17.1.2 (Jan25) drivers?

(Feb 10 Drivers)as i had just upgraded to a new GPU and downloaded those drivers and when i saw the grass flickering i thought oh oh this new gpu is faulty. A bit of messing around i soon realised it was the drivers and not the card

After a clean install of the latest drivers (17.3.2), released yesterday (15th), the flickering still exists. I'm really tired of doing the installs for this issue so my only real options are to play without grass or just pass on the game until this is resolved.

I'd suggest anyone with these problems taking a few minutes out to fill out their "Report a Problem" survey. The more reports they get, the more likely it will be fixed... and the less likely they can just pass it off as a issue on one/few computers and not to do with their drivers.

    http://www.amdsurveys.com/se.ashx?s=5A1E27D23A3DE979

If you do fill it out, please be as thorough as you can and provide all info you can about your PC. I'm sure we all have different PC's, so this info will help prove it's their issue.
