✭✭Depends how you build and what you like to do. Each race for stamina fits a playstyle and different envoirment. Redguard was really the only over performing race due to Adrenaline Rush. Now that its nerfed all stamina races are pretty equal and fit a purpose.
I personally enjoy Imperial Nightblade. Its health passive gives you a unique way to build.
