So this might not apply so much to PC players, but I think console players might get a kick out of this. Found this in the PTS patch notes;
HA! Better take those rubber bands off your controllers and play the game properly.

I don't know why rubber banders bother me...but they do. Going to see some zaps-to-the-balls in Alikr soon, ha.
Note: I will confess to using a rubber band in Oblivion. More for fun than exploit. You used to have all these minor skills that took forever to level. I wanted to see how long it took to get swinning to 100. I had my toon swim in a lake or something where there were rock walls all around so he wouldn't climb out. The first night he got many levels. The second night he somehow got out of the lake, and the next morning he was just running all over Cyrodiil. I have no idea how long he'd been doing that, or how the heck he was running overland without dying.3 -

They need to make that clear then in the banner message that says all content is under an NDA. This Banner is in the Patch Notes section, not the Morrowind section.
