    This would be a buff if he exclusively spawned in locations like Alik'r but in other places (particularly Eastmarch/Rift) I'm afraid this is a nerf for the poor guy.

    It's meant to be a quest giver related to the expansion, but it's curectly bugged to hell, wait till it's got cloths and a voice, fear not folks they will get it fixed...... eventually B)

    Yeah I have been holding off on this until fixed. Kinda sad as I was hyped to see the content they did.
