If it was the wizard tower DLC from Oblivion, stuffed in just north of Cyrodiil... that might be a cool option. It'd be a bit weird, because you can't actually stick homes in Cryodiil, though. Still.0 -

✭✭✭✭Wizard's tower, vampires' crypt, sleeping beauty's castle - you'd think they'd be no brainers wouldn't you, but apparently not.
I'm sure they'd sell like hot cakes, and could easily be made lore-friendly and fit in with the architectural styles currently in the game.
