Its only for Morrowind, BG and Warden. There is no NDA for CP changes and base game.
This is Viper on live, and tooltips of proccsets change due to CP changes namely Master-of-Arms and Mighty/Elemental Expert.

✭Tool tip changes i noticed depending on if you are buffed and your gear.
Like if i throw skroria on my magdk tooltip will say 13k.
But if i throw it on a tank non buffed it can say 9k iv seen it plenty times.
Cp also adds damage to tooltip1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Now I havent pvped on pts because 250ping, but all I hear is how strong proccsets are once again, they are being buffed by mighty and by master of arms. Any word from ZOS if this is what they actually want? @Wrobel @ZOS_GinaBruno
