I thought I'd post this for people who don't know about the new quest yet, since it wasn't obvious from the title of the other thread what the thread was about, and people might not have clicked on it or read the latest patch notes. Anyway, if you didn't know about it before, you do now.
The quest-giver can be found in inns.

One day (probably April 1th) I hope Gina just post patch notes which read.More frustrated that they only had this and a sorc fix in the patch notes.
Fixed everything.

✭The quest giver is bugged in the Rosy Lion (Daggerfall). He's not there when you walk in, but a quest marker appears on the ground floor when you go upstairs. When you go downstairs the man in the black jocks is visible but as you walk towards him he disappears.PC NA, PC EU

The quest giver is in every single Inn in whole tamriel. I found working one in Rawlkha
