Hello,
I have come up with a plan to end the three-banner war in Cyrodill. Am I allowed to bring peace to Cyrodill? Or will gamemasters induce some sort of dragonbreak to prevent my doing so?

✭Well, tried to hand a scroll to the moth-priests for appeasement (during beta) ... they didn't take it. Didn't even so much as look at it (ok, most of them ARE blind). Just kept on babbling about wanting those scrolls.
Soooo, good luck, I've tried and it didn't work.
