Resource Management Update:- After reviewing extensive testing data and player feedback, it was discovered that end game characters can still spec entirely into damage and cast more than 2 skills before running out of magicka. As a fix we will be increasing the cost of all skills by approximately 95%.

✭Surprise Attack no longer deal damage, instead it now stun and apply Major Fracture and Major Defile
Fixed an issue where Dark Conversion and his morph were returning magicka back when getting interrupted
Dark Conversion is now uninterruptable.
Backlash and his morph now also stun and deal 10k fire damage over 9 seconds.
1h and shield Ultimate now cost 50 Ultimate.
Eye of Flame damage reduced by 18%
Elemental Storm damage increased by 22%
