A Hostile Situation: Can't access Merchant's Chest
I'm on the part of this quest "A Hostile Situation" where I'm supposed to retrieve the disguise from the Merchant's Chest after speaking with Eshaba, but I can't access the chest. There is no interaction available with the chest and no other conversation options are available from Eshaba. (screenshots show the location and no interaction available with chest)
I believe this might have something to do with completing it on another character awhile ago, having the disguise in my shared bank, and then deleting the disguise upon deleting the character and starting a new character? I thought I would be able to obtain it again through the quest chain but now it appears bugged. Note: This is NOT the same issue as being unable to retrieve the disguise from the chest due to a message about "Can't obtain duplicate item", as noted in another thread. I can't access the chest at all to even get that far.
