Why is there no response from anyone at ZOS about the dungeon finder issue?

Can you at least acknowledge that there is an issue? That someone is actually working on it? 90% of the time when you join it kicks everyone out and you are penalized because this part of the game is obviously broken. Anyone? Hello?

I did successfully enter a group dungeon last night, but the tank bailed immediately and after 10 minutes waiting for a replacement so did the other two. After waiting almost 20 minutes for a new group I gave up.0
