Missing Eidetic Memory Books now down to 16 after three years of bugfixing..

So after three years of searching and bugfixing I am now down to the last 16 missing Eidetic memory books. The books found on bookshelves in the Imperial City can be found theoretically but it is EXTREMELY difficult to get them to appear randomly. I tried for months and I still dont have them so I gave up on those. The books in Cyrodiil are STILL placed in inaccessible enemy areas, the years of pleading with Zenimax Bethesda to make copies of them in all entry gates were in vain. Four books are STILL phased out after quest completion and four still dont exist at all. I think after three years of pleading we should have all Eidetic Memory books resolved already but.. tough luck I guess

Shadowshire✭✭✭✭Ummm.... I hate to disappoint you, but here are screenshots for missing or inaccessible lore books which I've reported in-game recently:

From the original title of the OP it was not clear to me whether the writer referred only to Lore Books that are in Shalidor's Library or to documents which are in the Eidetic Memory Library as well. Those in the Eidetic Memory Library are also announced as Lore Books by the game software when a PC finds and reads one which that PC has not found previously. There are far more of those missing or inacessible for various reasons than ones, if any, in Shalidor's Library which are missing or inacessible.

1. Note from Commander Derre you wrote twice in two different categories. Yes book is not findable/bugged/lost/etc but one book not two.
2. Letter to Grand Warlord Dortene, Sorcalin, A plea for the Elder Scrolls (2x) can be readed and available also as Respectful Greetings from Am-Shadal
