While riding my horse out and about I try to avoid others. Dodge, jump, zigzag whatever I can do so I don't run through another player. Just curious how many others try to avoid players while going from one place to another.

I honestly have to say my opinion changed a little here over time. Combined with lag I find this more of a non-issue now than I used to. Would be more of a pet peeve if I am the only one in front of a NPC and someone else has to move right through me to stand in front of me - I still try to avoid that with others. irony is - i really like the simple horse mounts the best...
one of my most fun things to do in cyrodiil is tail an enemy player...not to fight or anything - just to see their reaction when they figure out someone's right behind them...normally it just leads to some random dancing and emotes...

But if people are in the road (it is a road) then too bad. On the other hand, I pass right through them so I'm not sure they are even real. Similarly, I try (not always possible) to not go through players at crafting stations. And when I need to stop and pause somewhere (to check map/inventory for example), I try to get out of high traffic paths and not be in the way. Regarding mounted etiquette, I usually jump over other players if they are in my path and avoiding would slow me down (like in the case of stairs and arches). When not directly in my path, I think it's more polite to go around and I usually do.0
