Upper Craglorn Cave Delver Bugged?

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. I apologize for the delay in following up with you. I have been looking into this issue with Craglorn achievements not counting toward the meta-achievement.
While we are unable to alter achievements manually, I did want to let you know that I have put together a report for our development team to take a look at regarding this, and hopefully it can be resolved in a future update.
If there is anything else that we can help you with in the meantime, please feel free to let us know.

I just got the achievement on one of my chars couple weeks ago - so as of then, it was still working.
You said in post above you killed 2 bosses to clear the delve - if so, you missed one.
It is really easy to miss. I am assuming the two bosses you killed was the guy you spawn by clicking the buttons on the column, and the one that spawns in the underground chamber/tunnel that connects one part of the delve above-ground area to other?
If so, the 3rd you need is on far right side of map - forgot whether it was upper right or lower right, but it is a very easy to miss path that opens to a cul-de-sac area - one way in, one way out. Forgot the name, but you need to kill this 3rd boss to clear the achievement.0 -

The problem is really a bug , i have it in Lothna's cavern. Hard to miss a boss cause there's only 1. Also I got the single achievement for clearing the cave and its white on the map . It just doesnt count towards the upper craglorn . And i know lot of people who have this problem but with different caves that are cleared but dont count towards the upper craglorn achievement
