I have 60 AUD which I can spend for games.

Which one do you guys recommend either buy Morrowind ...or buy crowns and get all DLCs/Imperial ?

I have been playing ESO for a month and so far it has been a blast to play.

I love solo questing and not that big of fan of any group content (PVE or PVP)

What do you guys recommend ?

i would buy the DLCs first without any hesitation.
you'll get hundreds of hours of fun before you need Morrowind.

Don't buy DLCs, instead subscribe to eso+. You'll get access to all of them plus crafting bag and many more minor things very useful for new players like increased exp etc. Also for every month of sub you get 1500 crowns so even if you decide to drop subscription after few months you'll have enough crowns to buy the DLCs...

I vote all other DLCs first, then wait for Morrowind to go on sale. You'll have months of fun with just the other DLCs. I recommend Orsinium in particular.

Actually I would say save for Morrowind, it's about a month away OP and it will contain a new class and the biggest zone to date.

This will mean even as a relatively new player you will be able to enjoy the Warden and possibly have a max level Warden around the same time as everyone else.

Def the other DLC's first. While morrowind might have the largest landmass to date for any expansion, the cumulative landmasses of all the other dlc's plus all the unique quest lines/guilds far outshine what morrowind offers. Especially if you're a single player oriented person.

Better off getting Morrowind i think. The DLCs have a lot of group content in them, though they do have solo content as well. Orsinium is a good PVE solo player dlc so if you can afford to get that and Morrowind that would be ideal for your play style. One of the DLCs is just 4 player dungeons, another has 4 player dungeons and content where other players can kill you and take your loot (currency in the zone), not ideal for a new player. The other 2 are focused on playing as a thief or an assassin, so if that is how you picture your character than they may be interesting to you.
    “Whatever.”
