Really confusing ticket response :(

I sent in a ticket saying:

This might seem silly, but I am sentimental. When i got Emperor last year in October, I kept my in game mail announcing my Emperor achievement because it meant a lot to me. Today that mail got deleted on accident and I'm so sad D: is it possible for you to replace my mail? I know its a little annoying but please it would mean the world to me to have that mail back!

I got this in response:

    It's their typical automated reply. Let me guess, the name of the support "person" sending that email was "Chet"?

    Basically, if you want a human response, you have to keep replying to those automated emails they send you.

    Actually it's someone named Amara. Perhaps Chet was busy feeding the server hampsters.

    Support always sends that out first. It's supposed to give the impression that they've responded to you.

    You currently experience the idiots spamming the support system with 20 tickets a day about their own insignificant issue. So they have no time to resolve your insignificant issue.

    Yes it was just a spam email they sent you so they can boast they reply to players support tickets with (x)time.

    'Support' here has been the worst experience i ever had with a company.

    I took your advice and replied to the bot mail and I got a real response! Shout out to Jacob for reading my mail :) Apparently its not possible to retrieve deleted mail, and I'm ok with that. I appreciate that someone did read my mail and responded politely.
