can't find download option on account page

so, after the ftp weekend I decided to buy eso, but, after redeeming a code I got through a third party, I got the message that my code had been redeemed, but now I don't get the download option. could you help me with this?

✭✭✭✭✭If you did the F2P weekend my guess is the game is still on your PC.

craonsSoul Shrivenit was on my pc, but I joined via steam, after the f2p weekend I had to pay for it via steam, but I bought it via a third party and can't activate it on steam. because it was on steam I couldn't boot it the normal way (vai steam) so I made an shortcut to the actual launcher, but now It doesn't update. but isn't there any fix for the download not showing up?Edited by craons on May 3, 2017 7:38PM0
