Created an EP 630 Imperial Templar.
Maxed out all crafting, began completing master writs.
Went to enter Cyrodil (Armor Master in Imperial City) and found my alliance War page to be (Mostly) blank.
It shows a "moon" shape, the number 27 and indicates that I am EP Tribune Grade i - mouseover indicates that I am 78399/1166400 points into this rank. The home campaign is unassigned, the guest campaign is unassigned. The "Campaigns" icon does nothing.
The list of campaigns is empty (nothing under name) the sort by arrows work; but there is nothing to sort. The rules column is empty (presumeably because nothing has been selected).
No addons are enabled.
I have re-logged as well as quit/restarted and rebooted; to no avail.

I properly received the "Cyrodil awaits" in-game notification, hint and email.0
