Can't log in at all!

I have 2 different versions of the game ( Tamriel unlimited and Gold) and ESO +. Now I've got this message "Do you own this game or app?". I have played this game over a year, first I played Tamriel Unlimited, then I moved to Gold version and finally last September/October I've been ESO + member. Stupid and expensive history - I know :( Please help me to log in again. I'm not gonna buy any more versions even Microsoft wants me to. This might be Xbox problem as well? If you are an ESO + member, you should be able to log in without a disc!

I am signed in Xbox, I have live gold, I have restarted Xbox and I have ejected the disc several times. I have shut down Xbox and waited...

    Ok. I had a looong conversation with Microsoft help this morning and it looks like it really is a console problem. It just doesn't read the disc. Seems like I'm going on vacation from Eso for awhile :) who knows how long it takes to repair?
