This sounds like a great 2pc, however compared to others available it just underperforms. A single damage tick after a 2 second wait and its a piddly 4600 in my tooltip. Even if its an AoE that also stuns, the damage needs to either be raised higher, or turned into a DoT, say like 4600 a second over 3 seconds. I'd equip it so hard if that were the case.
There are other wishes for sets but theyre pretty minor compared to this one. And you guys? How would you wish to change any of the sets that you think still need work.

Kharnamatic✭✭✭Tremorscale needs to be 100% chance. You only need to apply a taunt once and refresh it after its 15 second cooldown. So right now the uptime on Tremorscale is very, very low.
So maybe Tremorscale needs to be changed to 100% chance on taunt and 20% chance per 1 second "tick" while the target is attacking you (under the taunt effect).
Also the damage needs to be buffed by 50% since it is no longer affected by crits, and since it is a tank set perhaps it could also proc an absorb bubble as well to give the user that extra survivability.
Without these buffs, Tremorscale is nigh useless. How many tanks do you see running it in dungeons - its all bloodspawn, swarm mother, lord warden, chudan....Edited by Kharnamatic on May 2, 2017 11:21PM1 -

I use it on my DPS Stamknight in PvE, not in dungeons mind you, but in solo play the extra damage burst is really nice on a for fun Sword and Shield DPS build. The entire premise of the set is fundamentally flawed.... anything that bases a heal on an RNG proc is like putting the life & death of your group mates on a blackjack wheel!
They should have looked at the role of the healer... buff/debuff and give resources.
I'd have liked there to be a set that returns resources to group members in a sensible way.... nothing that gives Magicka currently.... Maybe either Bogdan could be reworked or they can add it to the next generation of monster sets.GM of the Unholy LegacyPC/EU/EP0 -
